Now begin the study of Yoga, Signaling a present moment commitment
Yoga is the silencing or regulation of the fluctuations of the mind
Then, the seer (true self) dwells in its own nature.
At other times (when not in Yoga) , The seer identifies with the mental modifications
Abhyasa (continuous effort/practice) and Vairagya (dispassion/detachement) are the keys to mastering the mind.
Surrender to the divine/highest consciousness is another path to attaining Samadhi.
